Td Car Insurance

I have claimed bankruptcy due to a divorce. I had a loan with TD. My car insurance with TD. I opened one?

new account, as advised by my manager, but I wonder if I should get new insurance. I wonder if she would go into my new account and take my pay. This is very embaressing but I had no choice. I'm not looking for a loan!

I am assuming you are referring to the right of compensation for the bank (money from a savings or chequing account to pay an outstanding debt, in this case your loan). Offset is limited to their accounts in house, a bank may not offset money from other institutions accounts. As she the bank where you and your insurance payments come from that account can not they just "take this" money in that account if it is not a TDCT account. As long as the account is with another institution you should be ok.
