New Car Insurance

I am looking for a good insurance on a new car.?
I am 21 years old and getting my first new car. Where do you suggest I look for the car insurance? I do not have the best driving record. I had an accident in November 2002 and a speeding ticket in July 2003. I would get much coverage, but I do not want to be something paying outrageous. How much should I expect to pay for car insurance?
Good is a relative concept. The first thing you need to do is determine your budget the entire purchase. You need to check with several agencies to determine what types of cars have the lowest rates than insurance and compare this list with your list of desired vehicles. Once you've selected a vehicle that you want and that has a low factor insurance companies you shop like you shopped insurance for the vehicle. The best place to start is with the majors, State Farm, All State, Farmers and American Family. These companies are among the best in customer service and claims handling as a result of their size. You also get a personal agent and that means you always (9-5) have a real person available to call if you have a question or a problem. If you choose one of these companies to ensure that the agent has an office with several agents Junior makes this grip of someone much easier. The other advantage of going with one of these majors is that they will be able to help you with other forms of insurance, health, life, personal items and a handicap when gets out at the point in life if you these products need. The majors have large legal departments, they can and will vigorously defend you should you ever legal issues affecting your insurance. State Farm also has a bank that is very attractive rates to finance new and Prue-owned vehicles offer. In a nutshell, the major insurance companies have much to offer. Of course there is a downside. They can be very selective about who to insure them at attractive rates. Your driving record does not sound too bad and you should not be a problem but know if you have another accident they can punish you for recording and you could shop for insurance again. That brings us to the insurance companies and online brokers. The on-line insurance companies are less selective. They have more chance of someone who has a poor driving record or credit score to insure. Yes, I said credit score. Insurance companies are now using your credit score as one of the factors to determine your insurance rates will be. They believe that a person with a better credit score better decisions Conditions and makes it less likely to make a claim. The online companies are very helpful when it comes to setting up your insurance and getting quotes. Some of them give You even quotes their competitors. Of course all of these conveniences will be one price. In most cases, not all, you pay more for insurance with an online business than You pay at a big, like State Farm. You will also ave your doing business on line and by phone through an 800 number. Cover after an accident a few extra steps and although some of the mobile companies that the regulator claims to process very smooth. The online business can be a good way to go if you need more flexability and are not interested in having a long term relationship with your insurance agent. And that brings us to the brokers. Insurance brokers represent many different insurance companies. These are companies that do not have offices that you can walk into. These are big companies that sell their insurance through agents. When working with a broker try your coverage your situation to find. They are also compensated by these companies so watch out for brokers who push some companies over others. The companies usually deal in riskier types of insurance. People with a DUI, SR22 or more speeding tickets are more likely companies use one of these. With all that said the most important what you can do is to gather as much information on choosing a car or an insurance company. Take not as bad and should not be an important factor in your insurance rates. Buy a fair amount of coverage 200/500 (comp / collision), but not too much to expect to pay around $ 80 – $ 100 per month, depending on where you live, what your credit is and what type of vehicle you choose.
